Connect WeClapp
Wire WeClapp to Reonic so new requests land as opportunities and signed offers become sales orders, without re-keying anything.
WeClapp is an ERP connector. When a request is created in Reonic, WeClapp receives an opportunity; when the offer is signed, it receives a sales order. You connect it once under Settings > Company settings > Integrations with an API key, and it keeps syncing from then on.
This guide assumes you have admin rights in Reonic. Account managers see the result of this connector; the setup itself is an admin task.
Before you connect
- You need your WeClapp API key.
- WeClapp is available in every country.
Find the integrations page
- Click Settings in the Portal.
- Open Company settings > Integrations.
- Find the WeClapp entry and check its connection status.
Connect WeClapp (API key)
- Open the WeClapp entry.
- Paste your WeClapp API key.
- Save, then test with a new request. WeClapp receives an opportunity when the request is created and a sales order when the offer is signed.
Things to know
- WeClapp updates at two moments. It receives an opportunity when a request is created and a sales order when the offer is signed.
- Each record reflects the request as it was when it synced. If you edit a Reonic request after it reaches WeClapp, the WeClapp record keeps the earlier details. Update the record in WeClapp directly when you need fresh data.
- To rotate credentials, disconnect and reconnect. Expect a brief gap while you do.
- You can review connection results on the integrations page. Each attempt shows whether it succeeded or failed, along with the reason.
- Your WeClapp credentials stay with your workspace and are not shared with other companies.
