Connect Wattfox
Connect Wattfox once and the leads you buy from them flow into Reonic as fresh requests.
Wattfox is a lead broker you can buy solar leads from. Once connected, each new lead you buy lands as a request in your pipeline, tagged with its Wattfox lead ID so you can match Reonic requests against your Wattfox invoice.
Before you start
- You need admin rights in Reonic.
- You need your Wattfox account login: a username and a password.
- Wattfox serves leads in Germany. You can connect it in a workspace set to another country, but no leads arrive there.
Connect Wattfox
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations.
- Find the Wattfox connection and open it. The status starts at Not connected.
- Enter your Wattfox username.
- Enter your Wattfox password.
- Click Save. Reonic saves your credentials and activates the connection.
- Give it a few minutes, then open Requests. New Wattfox leads appear with the Wattfox lead ID filled in.
- Return to Settings > Company settings > Integrations to confirm the connection shows a successful sync.
Note: If you change your password on the Wattfox side, the connection stops working and you'll need to enter the new password. A dedicated service login for Reonic keeps this simpler.
Where Wattfox leads show up
New Wattfox leads arrive as normal requests in your pipeline, each carrying its Wattfox lead ID. Work them like any other request. The lead ID lets you match Reonic requests against your Wattfox invoice.
Things to know
- New leads arrive on their own once connected. You don't need to set up anything on your side to receive them.
- Each lead arrives once, and you won't see duplicates of leads already imported.
- If Wattfox sells the same lead to several installers, each installer receives it as their own fresh request.
- To change your Wattfox credentials, disconnect the connection and reconnect with the new login.
- Check the connection status any time under Settings > Company settings > Integrations.
Need help?
- Step-by-step questions about this flow → contact Reonic support.
- Feature requests or something missing → contact Reonic support.
- Bug reports → contact Reonic support with a screenshot and a description of what you were doing.
If Wattfox stops sending leads, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and check the Wattfox connection status. It shows why the last sync did not succeed, most often because the Wattfox account password changed.
