Connect Bitrix

Connect Bitrix to Reonic so every new request shows up in Bitrix automatically, as a Lead or a Deal, your choice.

Connect Bitrix once under Settings > Company settings > Integrations, and from then on each new request you create in Reonic appears in Bitrix as a Lead or a Deal. You can also pause the sync at any time while staying connected.

This guide is for users with admin rights in Reonic. Account managers see the result of this connector (a new request shows up in Bitrix); the setup itself is an admin task.

Before you connect

  • Decide whether new requests should arrive in Bitrix as a Lead or a Deal.
  • Bitrix works for all regions.

Find the integrations page

  1. Click Settings in the Portal.
  2. Open Company settings > Integrations.
  3. Find the Bitrix entry and its Connected / Not connected status.

Connect Bitrix (Lead vs Deal mode)

  1. Open the Bitrix entry.
  2. Enter your Bitrix credentials, then click Save API key: Domain (your Bitrix24 URL, for example mycompany.bitrix24.de) and User-ID/API-Key (the credential pair in the form <userId>/<apiKey>). On success, the status changes to Connected.
  3. Choose the sync mode. Deal (default) sends each new Reonic request to Bitrix as a Deal. Lead sends each request as a Lead. Without / None keeps your credentials and pauses the sync, so you can stop sending requests temporarily while staying connected.
  4. Use the sync-icon button to generate the inbound URL, then paste it into Bitrix.
  5. Save, then test with a new request.
Note: Choose Lead or Deal before you start syncing and keep it consistent. Switching modes after requests are already flowing can leave earlier records unmatched on the Bitrix side.

Things to know

  • Each request syncs to Bitrix as it is created. Later edits to a Reonic request stay in Reonic. To update the record in Bitrix, edit it in Bitrix directly, or delete and recreate the request in Reonic.
  • Use Without / None to pause the sync while keeping your connection in place. Switch back to Lead or Deal to resume.
  • To change your credentials, disconnect and reconnect. Expect a brief gap in syncing while you do.
  • Each sync attempt is recorded. Return to Settings > Company settings > Integrations to see whether the last sync succeeded or failed, and why.
  • Your Bitrix credentials apply only to your workspace.
