Reonic

Sevdesk

When a customer signs an offer in Reonic, push the deal into Sevdesk as a quote or invoice. Each push is linked back to the signed offer so you can always trace which Reonic offer became which Sevdesk record.

Sevdesk is Reonic's accounting connector for the German market. After an offer is signed, you click Send to Sevdesk on the signed offer's Finalize sidebar, and Reonic creates the quote and/or invoice in Sevdesk from the offer's line items, prices, tax rates, and customer data.

Who this is for

  • Installer admins wiring up Sevdesk for the first time.
  • Account managers in your workspace who want to know what happens to a signed offer after they hit Send to Sevdesk.
  • Back-office and bookkeeping roles who need to understand which document fields end up in Sevdesk after signature.

Before you start

  • The offer must be signed before you can push it. Drafts and pending signature requests stay in Reonic.
  • You need admin rights to connect the integration (Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature). Once it is connected, editor-or-higher roles can trigger the per-signature push.
  • Sevdesk is oriented to the German market and becomes available once you connect it. If the Send to Sevdesk button isn't on the Finalize sidebar, the connector isn't active for your workspace yet.
  • You push each signed offer manually by clicking Send to Sevdesk on the Finalize sidebar after signature.

Find the integrations settings page

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left of the Portal.
  2. Open Company settings > Integrations.
  3. You see a list of every connector available for your workspace, grouped into sections on the page.
  4. Each connector row shows a status indicator (Connected / Not connected) and an action button (Connect / Disconnect).
Pro tip: API and Webhooks configuration lives on a separate settings page (Settings > API / Developers), not here. The Settings > Company settings > Integrations page is for pre-wired connectors that have their own sign-in flow.

Connect Sevdesk

  1. In Sevdesk, generate an API token in your user settings.
  2. In Reonic, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature and find the Sevdesk connector.
  3. Paste the token.
  4. Optionally set bill mode, header, footer, and introduction text.
  5. Save. The Send to Sevdesk button now appears on the Finalize sidebar of every signed offer.

Push a signed offer to Sevdesk

  1. Open the signed offer in the Portal.
  2. In the right-hand Finalize sidebar, find the Send to Sevdesk button.
  3. Click it. Reonic sends the offer's line items, customer details, and your bill-mode preferences to Sevdesk.
  4. The button shows a pending indicator, then updates to Sent with the Sevdesk record number and a link to the record.
  5. You can review each push, success or failure, with the connector under Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature.

Quote and/or invoice records are created in Sevdesk each time you click the button, and each push is linked back to the signed offer so you can trace it later.

Note: Sevdesk works on both residential and commercial projects. The Sevdesk invoice contents are the same for either business type.

Things to know

  • The push happens at signature, not at install completion or invoice issue. If a customer cancels the project after signature, cancel the invoice in Sevdesk and either create a Reonic credit note or void the partial there.
  • Sign-in method: API token. Generate it in your Sevdesk user settings and paste it into the Reonic integration card.
  • To rotate the API token, reconnect. Open the connector, click Disconnect, paste the new token, and reconnect.
  • Each signature is tracked separately. If a single offer is signed more than once, each signature pushes its own record, which is useful when reconciling.
  • If Sevdesk is unavailable when you push, the attempt is recorded and no record is created. Click Send to Sevdesk again later; re-sending is safe and does not create a duplicate record in Sevdesk.
  • Use the push history as your audit trail. Every push attempt, success and failure, appears with the connector under Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature. When you want to confirm whether an offer reached Sevdesk, check there first.
  • Sevdesk runs on both residential and commercial offers.
