Reonic

PDS

When a customer signs an offer in Reonic, send the deal into PDS as a project record so your field and planning team can pick it up.

PDS is a field and project-management partner used primarily in the German market. Once an offer is signed, you send it to PDS from the signed offer, and Reonic creates a matching project record in PDS.

Who this is for

  • Installer admins connecting PDS for the first time.
  • Account managers who want to know what happens to a signed offer after they send it to PDS.
  • Field and planning teams picking up the signed deal in PDS.

Before you start

  • The offer must be signed before you can send it to PDS.
  • You need admin rights to connect the integration (Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature). Once it is connected, editor-or-higher roles can send an individual signed offer to PDS.
  • If the Send to PDS button is not visible on signed offers, PDS is not active in your workspace yet. Contact your Reonic account manager.
  • Sending to PDS is a manual action: you trigger it from the signed offer after signature.

Find the integrations settings page

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left of the Portal.
  2. Open Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature.
  3. The PDS row shows a status indicator and a Connect / Disconnect button.

Connect PDS

  1. Get a PDS API token plus your PDS domain from your PDS workspace.
  2. In Reonic, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature and find the PDS row.
  3. Paste both values and save.
  4. The Send to PDS button appears on signed offers.

Send a signed offer to PDS

  1. Open the signed offer in the Portal.
  2. In the right-hand Finalize sidebar, find the Send to PDS button.
  3. Click it. Reonic creates the matching project record in PDS.
  4. You can review the result of each send under Settings > Company settings > Integrations.

Things to know

  • You send to PDS at signature, not at install completion.
  • You connect PDS with an API token plus your PDS domain. Get both from your PDS workspace and paste them into the Reonic integration card.
  • Your Reonic account manager enables PDS for your workspace.
  • To rotate credentials, reconnect. Use Disconnect in the PDS row, paste the new values, then reconnect.
  • You can re-send after re-signing. If a single offer is signed again, you can send each signed version to PDS.
  • Review your sends under Integrations. Each send, whether it succeeded or failed, is listed under Settings > Company settings > Integrations.
  • PDS works with residential offers.
