Connect Photovate
Connect Photovate to Reonic so your offer options flow into your solar quoting and design tool.
Photovate is a solar quoting and design connector. It receives your offer options from Reonic. You connect it once under Settings > Company settings > Integrations with an API key and client ID, and it stays connected from then on.
This guide assumes you have admin rights in Reonic. Account managers see the result of this connector; the setup itself is an admin task.
Before you connect
- You need your Photovate API key and client ID.
- Photovate is available in every country.
Find the integrations page
- Click Settings in the Portal.
- Open Company settings > Integrations.
- Find the Photovate row, with its Connected / Not connected status.
Connect Photovate (API key)
- Open the Photovate row.
- Paste the API key and client ID.
- Save. Photovate then receives your offer options.
Things to know
- Photovate receives your offer options when an offer is signed. The connector sends each option to Photovate at signature.
- A synced record reflects the offer at the moment it synced. If you edit a Reonic request after it syncs, the Photovate record keeps the values from that first sync. Update the record in Photovate directly when you need fresh data.
- To rotate credentials, disconnect and reconnect. Expect a brief gap while you do.
