Connect DAA
Connect DAA once and the leads you buy from them flow into Reonic as fresh requests automatically.
DAA is one of Reonic's inbound lead-broker partners. Once connected, each new DAA lead lands as a request in your pipeline, tagged with the DAA lead ID so you can reconcile against the DAA invoice.
Before you start
- You need admin rights in Reonic.
- You need your DAA credentials: a username and an API key, usually issued by DAA's support team when you sign your contract.
- DAA works in Germany. You can connect it in a workspace outside Germany, but DAA returns no leads there.
Connect DAA
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and scroll to the Inbound — lead brokers group.
- Click the DAA row to open its drawer. The status starts at Not connected.
- Enter your DAA username.
- Enter your DAA API key.
- Click Save. Reonic activates the connection.
- New DAA leads appear under Requests shortly after, with the DAA lead ID populated.
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations to confirm the connection is active.
Where DAA leads show up
New DAA leads arrive as normal requests in your pipeline, each carrying its DAA lead ID. You work them like any other request, and the lead ID lets you reconcile Reonic requests against the DAA invoice.
Things to know
- Once the DAA connection is saved and active, new leads arrive on their own. There is nothing to set up on your side.
- Each new lead comes in once, so you never see the same lead twice.
- If DAA sells the same lead to several installers, each installer sees it as a fresh request.
- If DAA stops sending leads for a while, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and check the DAA connection. Expired credentials are the most common reason, and reconnecting restores the flow.
Need help?
- Step-by-step questions about this flow → contact your Reonic account manager.
- Feature requests / something missing → drop a note to your account manager.
- Bug reports → include a screenshot and the page where it happened in your support email.
If DAA stops sending leads, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and check the DAA connection for the reason, often expired credentials.
