Connect Pipedrive

Connect Pipedrive to Reonic so every new request appears in Pipedrive automatically, without re-keying anything.

When a new request is created in Reonic, it is pushed into Pipedrive as a deal. Connect Pipedrive once under Settings > Company settings > Integrations, and new requests sync from then on.

This guide assumes you have admin rights in Reonic. Account managers see the result of this connection: a new request shows up as a deal in Pipedrive. The setup itself is an admin task.

Before you connect

  • You need an admin user on the Pipedrive side with permission to grant the connection.
  • Pipedrive is available in all regions.

Find the integrations page

  1. Click Settings in the Portal.
  2. Open Company settings > Integrations.
  3. Scroll to the Pipedrive row, with its Connected / Not connected status and a Connect button.

Connect Pipedrive

  1. Open the Pipedrive row and click Connect.
  2. You are redirected to Pipedrive's sign-in and permission screen. Sign in as a Pipedrive admin and grant the requested access.
  3. On return, Reonic saves the connection and stays connected on its own.
  4. Create a test request (Request > New) and watch the deal appear in Pipedrive within seconds.

Things to know

  • A deal is created in Pipedrive when the request is first created. Editing a Reonic request afterwards does not change the Pipedrive deal. Update the deal in Pipedrive directly, or delete and recreate the request, when you need the latest details on the Pipedrive side.
  • Syncing runs while Pipedrive is connected and stops when you disconnect. To rotate credentials, disconnect and reconnect. Expect a brief gap in new-deal creation while you do.
  • Your Pipedrive connection applies only to your own workspace.
