Connect Around Home
Connect Around Home once and the leads you buy from them flow into Reonic as fresh requests automatically.
Around Home is one of Reonic's inbound lead-broker partners. Once connected, each new Around Home lead lands as a request in your pipeline, tagged with the Around Home lead ID so you can reconcile against the Around Home invoice. When you connect, you choose a date from which to import leads.
Before you start
- You need admin rights in Reonic.
- You need your Around Home credentials: a Client ID and Client Secret. Around Home's support team typically issues these when you sign your contract. If you can't find them, ask your Around Home account manager.
- Around Home delivers leads in Germany. You can connect it in a workspace set to another country, but Around Home returns no leads there.
Connect Around Home
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and find the Around Home integration.
- Click the Around Home row to open its panel. The status starts at Not connected.
- Enter your Around Home Client ID.
- Enter your Around Home Client Secret.
- Click Save. Reonic activates the connection.
- Set the import-after date. Set it to today to pull only new leads, or set it earlier to backfill a window of historical leads.
- Wait for the first leads to arrive, usually within minutes. Open Requests. New Around Home leads appear with the Around Home lead ID populated.
- Return to Settings > Company settings > Integrations to confirm the connection shows success.
Note: The import-after date generally only moves forward. Set it carefully on first connect. If you skip historical leads now, re-pulling them later may not be possible.
Where Around Home leads show up
New Around Home leads arrive as normal requests in your pipeline, each carrying its Around Home lead ID. You work them like any other request, and the lead ID lets you reconcile Reonic requests against the Around Home invoice.
Things to know
- New Around Home leads arrive on their own once the connection is active. You don't need to set anything up on the Around Home side.
- The import-after date is yours to set, letting you choose how far back to backfill when you connect.
- If Around Home's system is briefly unavailable, Reonic tries again automatically and the leads arrive once it recovers. For gaps that persist, reopen Settings > Company settings > Integrations and check the Around Home status.
- If Around Home sells the same lead to several installers, each installer sees it as a fresh request.
- To change your credentials, disconnect and reconnect. Plan this for a quiet window to keep new leads flowing without interruption.
Need help?
- Step-by-step questions about this flow → contact your Reonic account manager.
- Feature requests / something missing → drop a note to your account manager.
- Bug reports → include a screenshot and the page where it happened in your support email.
If Around Home stops sending leads, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations for Around Home. A failed connection shows the reason, often expired credentials.
