Connect Interlead
Connect Interlead once and the leads you buy from them flow into Reonic as fresh requests automatically.
Interlead is one of Reonic's inbound lead-broker partners. Once connected, each new lead you buy lands as a request in your pipeline, tagged with the Interlead lead ID so you can reconcile against the Interlead invoice.
Before you start
- You need admin rights in Reonic.
- You need your Interlead API key. Interlead's support team issues it, usually at contract signing. You can also request it from them any time you're a customer.
- Interlead works in Germany. You can connect it in a workspace outside Germany, but Interlead returns no leads there.
Connect Interlead
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations and find the Interlead entry.
- Click the Interlead row to open its drawer. The status starts at Not connected.
- Paste your Interlead API key.
- Click Save. Reonic activates the connection.
- Wait for the next sync, usually within minutes. Open Requests. New Interlead leads appear with the Interlead lead ID populated.
- Open Settings > Company settings > Integrations to confirm the sync ran with success.
Where Interlead leads show up
New Interlead leads arrive as normal requests in your pipeline, each carrying its Interlead lead ID. You work them like any other request, and the lead ID lets you reconcile Reonic requests against the Interlead invoice.
Things to know
- Once the connection is active, new Interlead leads arrive on their own, usually within minutes. There's nothing to set up on your side. If leads aren't arriving, open the Interlead connection and confirm automatic syncing is switched on, or ask your Reonic account manager to confirm.
- You only ever see each lead once. New leads pull in automatically as they come from Interlead.
- If Interlead's system is briefly unavailable, Reonic retries automatically. If leads stop arriving for a while, open the Interlead connection to see the latest sync result.
- If Interlead sells the same lead to several installers, each installer sees it as a fresh request.
- To rotate your API key, disconnect and reconnect with the new key. Reconnect promptly so no leads are missed in between.
Need help?
- Step-by-step questions about this flow → contact your Reonic account manager.
- Feature requests or something missing → send a note to your Reonic account manager.
- Bug reports → include a screenshot and the page where it happened in your support email.
If Interlead stops sending leads, open Settings > Company settings > Integrations for Interlead. The connection shows the latest sync result and its reason, often an expired API key.
