Send deals to Bitrix

Once Bitrix is connected, each new request in Reonic creates a Bitrix record automatically, as either a Lead or a Deal depending on the sync mode you choose.

Bitrix24 is a CRM. Once you connect it, every new request in Reonic syncs to Bitrix automatically as a Lead or a Deal. The record is created when the request is created, so there is nothing to send manually at the offer or signature stage.

Before you start

  • An admin connects Bitrix in Settings > Company settings > Integrations and picks the sync mode. See Connect your CRM for the setup steps.

How the sync works

  1. An admin connects Bitrix and picks the sync mode:
    • Deal (default) creates a Bitrix Deal for each request.
    • Lead creates a Bitrix Lead for each request.
    • Without / None keeps the connection but pauses new syncing.
  2. From then on, each new request in Reonic creates the matching Bitrix record automatically.
  3. Open the request in Reonic to see the linked Bitrix record for cross-reference.

Things to know

  • You can pause the sync. Set the mode to Without / None to stop creating new Bitrix records while keeping the connection. Set it back to Lead or Deal to resume.
  • Pick one mode and keep it. Choose Lead or Deal before you start syncing, and stay on it. Switching between the two after records already exist creates a new record type going forward rather than converting the ones already in Bitrix.
