Send a signed offer to Lexoffice
Push a signed offer into Lexoffice as a quote (Auftragsbestätigung) and/or invoice (Rechnung), built from the offer's line items, prices, and customer data.
Lexoffice is a German cloud accounting product. Once it's connected, signed offers show a Send to Lexoffice button on the Finalise sidebar. Clicking it creates the matching document in Lexoffice and links it to the offer in Reonic.
Before you start
- The offer must be signed.
- An admin connects Lexoffice in Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature. See After signature: accounting & project tools for the full setup.
- Lexoffice is a German integration, so it appears in DE workspaces.
Send the offer to Lexoffice
- Open the signed offer and go to the Finalise tab.
- In the actions sidebar, click Send to Lexoffice.
- The line items, prices, tax rates, customer contact, and your configured header, footer, and intro text are sent, and the matching document is created in Lexoffice.
- The button updates to Sent and shows the Lexoffice document reference.
- If a send does not go through, the button stays available. Click it again to re-send.
Pro tip: Whether each send creates a quote (Auftragsbestätigung) or an invoice (Rechnung) is set with the connection in Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature.
Things to know
- Each send is per-offer, so you choose exactly which signed offers go to Lexoffice. For automatic export of every signed offer, use Zapier.
- The signed PDF, photos, and checklists stay in Reonic. Upload them to Lexoffice manually if you need them there.
- The sync goes one way, from Reonic to Lexoffice. Payments, edits, or voids made inside Lexoffice stay in Lexoffice. Once an invoice is pushed, Lexoffice is the source of truth for its accounting state.
- The connector works with Lexoffice (cloud). The Lexware desktop product works separately.
