Send a signed offer to WeClapp
WeClapp receives an opportunity when a request is created, then a sales order when the offer is signed.
WeClapp is an ERP system. The integration works at two points: an opportunity appears in WeClapp automatically when a request comes in, and a sales order is created from the signed offer. Once WeClapp is connected, signed offers show a Send to WeClapp button on the Finalise sidebar.
Before you start
- An admin connects WeClapp in Settings > Company settings > Integrations with an API key. See Connect your CRM.
- Sign the offer before you create the sales order.
How WeClapp sync works
- When the request is created, an opportunity appears in WeClapp automatically.
- After the offer is signed, open it, go to Finalise, and click Send to WeClapp to create the sales order from the offer's line items.
- The request and offer link to their WeClapp records, so you can move between them.
Things to know
- The opportunity appears automatically when the request is created; the sales order is a manual button click after signature. Two stages, two records.
