Send a signed offer to Bexio
Send a signed offer into Bexio, the Swiss accounting product, as a quote and/or an invoice. Reonic builds the records from the offer's line items, prices, and customer details.
Bexio is available in Swiss workspaces. Once it is connected, a signed offer shows a Send to Bexio button on the Finalise sidebar. Sending creates the matching records in Bexio and links them back to the offer.
Before you start
- The offer must be signed.
- An admin must connect Bexio in Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature. See Set up Bexio for the full connection steps.
- Bexio is a Swiss integration, so it appears only in Swiss workspaces.
Send the offer to Bexio
- Open the signed offer and go to the Finalise tab.
- In the actions sidebar, click Send to Bexio.
- Reonic creates the Bexio record, a quote and/or an invoice, from the offer's line items and customer details.
- The button updates to Sent, and the Bexio reference appears on the offer.
- Confirm the result on the offer, or open Settings > Company settings > Integrations to review recent Bexio activity.
Things to know
- A single signed offer can become a Bexio quote and an invoice in sequence, and both references appear on the offer.
- Header, footer, and intro text, along with whether a quote, an invoice, or both are created, are configured once for Bexio in Settings > Company settings > Integrations > Post offers signature and applied to every send.
- Each send is manual and per-offer, so you choose exactly which signed offers go to Bexio.
