Send a Signed Offer to Photovate

Photovate is a dealer-financing and solar quoting connector. Once it is connected, send a signed offer's variants to Photovate from the Finalise sidebar. Each offer variant is sent across with its own Photovate reference, so you can match them up later.

Before You Start

• The offer must be signed.
• An admin connects Photovate in Settings > Company settings > Integrations by entering the API key and client ID.

Send the Offer to Photovate

1. Open the signed offer and go to the Finalise tab.
2. In the actions sidebar, click Send to Photovate.
3. Each offer variant is sent to Photovate, and you get back a Photovate offer reference for each variant.

Send an offer whenever you are ready. You start the export yourself, one offer at a time.

Things to know

• Residential offers only. The Send to Photovate button appears on residential offers. It is not available on commercial offers.
• The export is per offer variant. Each variant keeps its own reference, so you can trace each one back and forth.
• Photovate and Photowelt are the same connection. Photowelt is the name some installers use for the same integration. This page covers the signed-offer export. The component and price sync is set up separately through the same connection.
