Send deals to HubSpot
A HubSpot deal appears automatically the moment you create a request in Reonic.
HubSpot is a CRM. Unlike the accounting and project connectors, HubSpot has no Send to HubSpot button on the signed offer. Instead, once HubSpot is connected, every new request in Reonic appears in HubSpot automatically. Your lead is in the pipeline from the moment it lands, before the offer is signed.
Each request creates two linked records in HubSpot: a deal and a contact built from the request's customer details (name, email, phone, and address). The contact is associated to the deal, so the person and the opportunity stay joined in your pipeline.
Before you start
- An admin connects HubSpot in Settings > Company settings > Integrations and saves your pipeline ID(s). See Connect your CRM.
How it works
- An admin connects HubSpot once and saves the residential (and optionally commercial) pipeline ID.
- From then on, each new request in Reonic creates a matching deal — plus an associated contact (name, email, phone, address) — in HubSpot within seconds, with no per-offer action.
- Open the request in HubSpot from your pipeline to work the deal.
- Confirm the HubSpot deal by checking the connector status on the Integrations page (Settings > Company settings > Integrations).
Note: A deal appears in HubSpot as soon as you create the request, so it is there before the offer is signed. The signed offer itself has no separate HubSpot export step.
Things to know
- A deal appears when you create the request. The connection sends new requests to HubSpot as they come in; it does not send billing, usage, or other data.
- The connection is one-way. Reonic sends requests to HubSpot. Changes you make in HubSpot — deal stage, amount, contact edits — stay in HubSpot and do not appear back in Reonic.
- One HubSpot connection per workspace. A workspace connects a single HubSpot account; you cannot route different requests to separate HubSpot accounts.
- Contacts are matched by email on the HubSpot side. A request whose customer has a new or different email typically creates a new HubSpot contact rather than updating an existing one.
- No signature-time button. There is nothing to click on the signed offer — the deal is already there from when you created the request.
- A missing or invalid pipeline ID is the usual reason a deal does not appear. Confirm it under Connect your CRM, then check the connector status on the Integrations page.
Frequently asked
Where is the "Send to HubSpot" button on my offer? There isn't one. A HubSpot deal appears automatically when you create the request, not at signature. If the deal is not in HubSpot, confirm the pipeline ID and check the connector status on the Integrations page.
