Create subsidy templates
Store regional or municipal subsidies as templates, as a fixed amount, a percentage, or a tax deduction, then pick them per offer.
This page covers the Settings side of subsidies: the reusable templates you store once and reuse on every offer. Store federal subsidies (KfW, BAFA) once for the whole company, and add regional ones per state office as you encounter them. Templates save you re-entering the same subsidy into each offer.
For the heat-pump subsidy line on the offer itself, see Add a subsidy to a heat-pump offer.
Open the settings
Open Settings > Planning & offer > Subsidies.
Create a subsidy
- Switch to the Residential or Commercial tab, then click New.
- Set a name, an internal description, and an external description. The customer sees the external description in the offer.
- Choose the type. The remaining fields depend on which type you pick:
- Fixed amount. A single optional Amount field (e.g. €1,500). No targeting fields.
- Percentage. Enter the percentage (e.g. 50%). This type alone lets you set a cap (Maximum subsidy amount, e.g. €2,000) and pick the areas the percentage applies to (Solar, Storage, Wallbox, Heating).
- Tax deduction. The template just defines the reusable subsidy entry. You set the deduction base amount or percentage and the number of years later, on the offer's subsidy card, when you apply the subsidy to a specific offer, not here on the settings template.
Apply a subsidy in the offer
- Open the offer and go to the planning.
- In the Subsidy area, choose the template. The internal and external descriptions and the subsidy amount are filled in automatically.
- Save. The subsidy then appears in the offer.
Things to know
- The external description is free text and you can edit it per offer. You control the exact wording the customer reads, so review it for accuracy before you send the offer.
- A subsidy template records the subsidy on your offer. Storing or applying a template does not file anything with a subsidy authority; submit any required application through the authority's own channel.
