Pages & Design (Seiten & Design)
Control which sections appear in the offer PDF, in what order, and with which cover and page designs.
The offer-PDF page order, visibility, and design settings live under Settings → Planning & offer → Pages & Design. Configure them per line of business using the Residential and Commercial tabs at the top of the page.
The mental model
- Each section of the offer PDF has a drag-grip to reorder it and a toggle to show or hide it.
- The cover and several pages offer visual variants you can choose between.
- The section list reflects the offer content your workspace uses, so the sections you can show and hide match what your offers include.
Where to configure it
Open Settings → Planning & offer → Pages & Design, then pick the tab for the line of business you want to set up:
- Residential: arrange the Cost estimate & offer pages, Embedded documents, and Footer.
- Commercial: arrange the Project PDF, Embedded documents, and Footer.
These settings apply across your workspace as the defaults for every new offer. To change the page order, visibility, or variants for a single offer, use the Customise-pages workflow inside that offer. See Modify the offer PDF per offer.
