Legal texts (Rechtliches)
Store your AGB, right-of-withdrawal, and withdrawal-form templates so reps can attach the right legal text to every offer.
Legal-text templates live under Settings → Planning & offer → Legal (German: Rechtliches). Legal is one of the three pages that make up the offer template, alongside Offer and Pages & Design. For the full walkthrough of all three pages, see the "Configure the offer template" page.
What you can store
There are three legal chapter types:
- Terms and conditions (AGB) — your service terms.
- Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung) — the right-of-withdrawal notice.
- Withdrawal form (Widerrufsformular) — the standard withdrawal form.
How it works
- Create a legal template of the chapter type you need, then activate it. You can keep several active templates per chapter (for example, different terms per country or product line).
- Once activated, the template appears in the per-offer Legal picker — reached on the offer itself via Finalize → Customise pages → Legal, where each chapter shows a dropdown of its active templates. Templates that are saved but not activated do not appear in the dropdown.
- The legal-text editor supports headlines and links. Add variable chips (placeholders) in the cover-letter / customer-salutation (Anschreiben, the cover letter) block instead.
