Enable photogrammetry for your workspace
Set up drone photogrammetry for your workspace so your team can survey a roof and work from a 3D model instead of taking manual measurements.
Photogrammetry lets your team commission a drone survey of a roof and work from the resulting 3D model instead of estimating measurements. Reonic sets up availability for your workspace, and then a workspace admin decides who on the team can create jobs. This page covers how to switch it on and who can do what.
Turn it on
- Contact Reonic to make photogrammetry available for your workspace and to confirm ordering for your country.
- Once photogrammetry is available, a workspace admin opens Settings → Planning & offer → Photogrammetry to manage the subscription.
- Grant the photogrammetry permission to the team members who should create jobs. You manage this day-to-day in Settings → Company settings → Users & Teams.
- Subscribe to the photogrammetry service so jobs can be billed.
Pro tip: Decide up front who needs to create jobs and grant the permission narrowly. This is the part you control day-to-day once Reonic has set up availability.
How you're billed
Reonic confirms the pricing and billing terms for your workspace when photogrammetry is set up. Once you subscribe on the Photogrammetry page, surveys your team orders are billed under those terms.
Importing a survey into an offer
Once photogrammetry is set up, a completed survey can be pulled straight into an offer, so your team works from the survey instead of re-entering measurements manually. This applies to residential offers.
