Reonic

Automations

The notifications and reminders Reonic sends automatically as work moves through your CRM.

Reonic keeps your team informed without anyone having to chase updates. As leads arrive, tasks get assigned and completed, customers sign offers, and files come in, Reonic sends the right notifications and reminders on its own. This page covers the automatic behaviour that is built in.

Who this is for

  • Account managers who want to know which events reach them without watching the pipeline.
  • Installer admins setting expectations for the team on what Reonic notifies and when.

What Reonic does automatically

  • Task assignment. When a task is assigned to you, you get a notification (if your assignment notifications are on).
  • Task completion. When someone else completes a task you created, you are notified.
  • A daily task digest. Each user can receive a once-a-day summary of their open and overdue tasks, sent at the time of day they choose.
  • New-lead notification. When a lead arrives through your public Energy House signup form, the assigned account manager is notified.
  • Offer signed. When a customer signs an offer, the assigned account manager is notified.
  • Customer file uploads. When a customer uploads a file through the customer portal, the team is notified.
  • Appointment confirmations. When you schedule an appointment with a customer through the calendar, a confirmation goes out automatically.

Set up your daily task digest

The one piece you control directly is the daily task digest, which each user configures for themselves.

  1. Go to Settings -> Organization -> Notifications -> Personal.
  2. Turn on the daily task digest.
  3. Choose the time of day the digest should arrive.
  4. (Optional) Limit the digest to overdue tasks only if you do not want the full open list.
  5. Click Save.

For the full walkthrough, see Manage tasks in Reonic, which covers task creation, assignment, reminders, and the digest in detail.

Things to know

  • Notifications follow your preferences. Each user controls which task events notify them. If you expect a notification and it does not arrive, check that you are the assigned account manager on the project and that the matching preference is on.
  • Overdue tasks reach you through the daily digest, alongside the Overdue and Due today badges on your task list, rather than through a separate per-task reminder time.
  • The automatic behaviour above is built in. These notifications and reminders run on their own as work moves through the CRM, so there is no separate rules screen to set up.
