Inboxes
Manage the email inboxes your organisation has connected, both personal and company-wide.
This is the admin surface for managing which inboxes your organisation has. Three nearby surfaces handle related jobs, so keep them straight:
- Connecting a provider account (Google or Microsoft) happens under Company settings > Integrations, in the Calendar and inboxes section. That is where you authorise the provider.
- Managing which inboxes the organisation has is this surface: personal inboxes and company-wide inboxes.
- Reading and using inbox mail on a project happens in CRM > Emails.
This guide covers the middle one: the inbox-management surface.
Understand the two inbox scopes
- Personal inboxes are a user's own connected mailbox, managed on the Mail Inbox settings page under the Personal inboxes tab. You authorise the provider account separately under Company settings > Integrations, then add and manage the inbox itself here.
- Company-wide inboxes are shared inboxes managed by an admin under the Company-wide inboxes tab on the same Mail Inbox settings page. This tab is admin-only.
Manage company-wide inboxes
- Go to Settings > Organization > Mail Inbox and select the Company-wide inboxes tab (admin-only).
- Review the inboxes the organisation has connected at the company level.
Reonic supports Microsoft and Google as inbox providers.
Note
A company-wide Microsoft inbox connects directly. A company-wide Google inbox connects once your Google Workspace administrator has authorised access for your organisation.
