Find your way around the Reonic app and the Home / Startseite

Read your Home / Startseite as a personal worklist, see why the Mobile App Agenda shows only your own appointments, and learn why the offer-signatures widget lists just your Key Account Manager workload.

The Home page (DE Startseite) is your personal worklist. The header reads "Here's an overview of your open topics," and the page gathers the items that need your attention into a set of "Open Topics" widgets. It's a different surface from the company-wide Dashboard, which rolls up company KPIs. Home is about you; the Dashboard is about the company. This guide walks through what the Home page shows, how the Mobile App's Agenda decides what to display, and why the offer-signatures widget shows your own workload rather than every pending signature in the company.

Read the Home / Startseite

  1. Open the Portal. Click Home in the left navigation (DE Startseite). The page header reads "Here's an overview of your open topics."
  2. Read the page as two columns of Open Topics widgets. Each widget is a short list of items waiting on you.
  3. Work top-down through each widget. Clear what's open, then move on. The page is a "what needs me right now" surface, not a report.

The layout is two columns in a fixed order, the same for everyone. The columns hold these widgets:

  • Tasks: open tasks assigned to you.
  • Project assignments: projects you've been assigned to that need attention.
  • File requests: outstanding requests for files or documents.
  • Onboarding progress: your onboarding checklist, shown while onboarding is enabled (admins and above see a different variant from other roles).
  • Mentions in notes: notes where someone @-mentioned you.
  • Agents: agent runs that need attention, filterable by All, Report, Permission-needed, and Failed. Shows for admins and above when the Agents feature is enabled for your workspace.
  • Offer signatures: offers awaiting signature where you're the assigned Key Account Manager. It populates when you have the Offers permission.

Every widget is scoped to you, not the company: your tasks, your mentions, your Key Account Manager signatures. A widget with nothing in it is expected, not a bug. If you have no open tasks, the Tasks widget is empty.

Note: Two widgets are conditional. Onboarding progress appears while onboarding is enabled (with a different variant by role), and Agents appears for admins and above when the Agents feature is on. The rest of the widget set is the same for everyone.

Add a calendar to the Startseite

The calendar isn't one of the Home widgets, so you can't add it to the Startseite. It lives on its own page. Open it from the Agenda entry in the navigation (shown when calendars are enabled), or use the calendar flyout from the navigation sidebar.

Pro tip: For a quick glance at today's appointments on the go, use the Mobile App's Agenda section on its Home screen. It's the app's today-focused slice of your calendar. The next section covers how it decides what to show.

Control which appointments show in the Agenda

The Mobile App's Home screen has an Agenda section listing today's appointments. By design it shows your own appointments, drawn from the calendars you have access to.

  1. Open the Mobile App and go to the Home screen. The Agenda section lists today's appointments from the calendars you can access.
  2. Read every event here as yours. It's drawn from your own connected calendars, and there's no own-vs-team toggle to flip.

When you do see a colleague's appointments in the Agenda, they're arriving through a shared or company calendar you have access to, not through a filter on the Home screen. To change the mix, change the sharing on that calendar:

  1. To stop seeing a colleague's events, change the sharing on the shared calendar so it's no longer shared with you, or remove your access.
  2. To start seeing a colleague's appointments, have the relevant company or team calendar shared with you. Once you have access, those events flow into your agenda.
Note: The Mobile App's Agenda shows your own appointments. Other people's events appear only when they arrive through a shared or company calendar you can access. The lever is your calendar sharing, on the calendar itself, not a setting on the Home screen.

The full calendar lives on the separate Agenda surface. The Agenda section is a today-focused worklist slice on the Mobile App's Home screen.

Find pending offer signatures

The Offer signatures widget on your Home / Startseite shows offers waiting on a signature where you're the assigned Key Account Manager. It's a personal workload view, so it lists the signatures it's on you to follow up, not every pending signature in your company.

  1. On the Home / Startseite page, find the Offer signatures widget in the right column. It appears when you have the Offers permission.
  2. Open the Pending tab. It lists offers that are sent and awaiting signature where you're the assigned Key Account Manager.
  3. Work through the rows. These are the signatures it's on you to follow up.

The widget is a personal workload view, not a company report. It's capped, showing at most five rows on screen. To see every pending signature in your company, go to the full Offers list and filter for pending or awaiting-signature. That surface is the complete registry.

Note: A signature missing from the widget is almost always one of two things: you're not the assigned Key Account Manager on that offer, or it fell past the row cap. Reassigning the Key Account Manager moves an offer into a different person's Home widget. For the complete list, always use the Offers list.

The Mobile App is the field-work companion to the Portal. It shares the same login and the same data, with a five-tab navigation built for site visits:

  • Home: your dashboard, the Agenda section, your profile, and the store-update banner.
  • Projects: all requests, offers, and installations, with filters by project type, status, tag, and assigned user.
  • Tasks: your personal and assigned task queue.
  • Calendar: event scheduling (shown when calendars are enabled).
  • More: a menu with AR components, the component-datasheet chat, and the Sales Assistant.

Inside a project on the app you can start navigation to the customer, contact them by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, fill consultation checklists and site documentation, capture photos, run a LiDAR heat-load scan, edit files, tasks, notes, appointments, tags, and status, log time tracking, and open or share the Customer Portal link. Some flows stay in the Portal: issuing invoices, creating an offer from a request, offer templating, and the admin and integrations panels.

Pro tip: The app keeps recently viewed projects and tasks readable without a signal, so you can review a project in a basement and edit it once you're back in range. Captured work like photos and checklists queues and syncs when connectivity returns.

Things to know

  • Home isn't the Dashboard. The KPI rollup (closed-won volume, conversion rates) is the separate company-wide Dashboard page. Home is your personal worklist; the Dashboard is the company analytics surface. They're easy to confuse.
  • The Home layout is fixed. You can't add, remove, or reorder the widgets. The two columns and their order are the same for everyone, apart from the conditional Onboarding and Agents widgets. "Put my calendar on the Home page" isn't a hidden setting; that widget doesn't exist.
  • Admins on Agents workspaces see a suggestion banner. Above the two columns, admins and above on workspaces with the Agents feature also see a dismissable hint nudging you to set up an agent. Dismiss it if you don't need it; it's a prompt, not a widget.
  • Scope is always you, not the company. Every Home widget is filtered to you. It isn't a company-wide view of all open items.
  • A widget may be empty. No open tasks means an empty Tasks widget. That's expected.
  • The Agenda shows your own appointments. Cross-visibility comes from calendar sharing, not from a filter on the Home screen.
  • The offer-signatures widget is a "my workload" list. It's Key Account Manager-scoped and shows at most five rows. The complete list is the Offers page.
