FAQ
Publish answers to common homeowner questions so they appear automatically beside the relevant step in the customer portal.
FAQs are short question-and-answer pairs you write for the homeowner. You configure each FAQ under a particular status, and it appears below that status step for the homeowner in the customer portal. FAQs show up automatically in context, not as a separate tab the homeowner navigates to.
Where you configure it
- Go to Settings → Customer communication → FAQ.
- Add a question-and-answer pair and assign it to the status where you want it to appear.
Where the homeowner sees it
- The homeowner opens the Installation Progress view in the customer portal.
- Under the relevant status step, the FAQs you configured for that status appear automatically beneath it.
Note: These per-status FAQs that you write are separate from the FAQ shown on the Subsidy / KfW tab, which comes ready-made in German. Only the per-status FAQs described here are ones you author.
Things to know
- FAQs are per-status: the question-and-answer set you write is tied to a specific status and only appears below that step.
- FAQs appear automatically in the Installation Progress view, not as a tab the homeowner navigates to.
- The audience is the homeowner, so keep the wording plain and jargon-free.
