FAQ

Publish answers to common homeowner questions so they appear automatically beside the relevant step in the customer portal.

FAQs are short question-and-answer pairs you write for the homeowner. You configure each FAQ under a particular status, and it appears below that status step for the homeowner in the customer portal. FAQs show up automatically in context, not as a separate tab the homeowner navigates to.

Where you configure it

  1. Go to Settings → Customer communication → FAQ.
  2. Add a question-and-answer pair and assign it to the status where you want it to appear.

Where the homeowner sees it

  1. The homeowner opens the Installation Progress view in the customer portal.
  2. Under the relevant status step, the FAQs you configured for that status appear automatically beneath it.
Note: These per-status FAQs that you write are separate from the FAQ shown on the Subsidy / KfW tab, which comes ready-made in German. Only the per-status FAQs described here are ones you author.

Things to know

  • FAQs are per-status: the question-and-answer set you write is tied to a specific status and only appears below that step.
  • FAQs appear automatically in the Installation Progress view, not as a tab the homeowner navigates to.
  • The audience is the homeowner, so keep the wording plain and jargon-free.
  • Customer portal — where these FAQs appear for the homeowner
  • Progress tracking — the Installation Progress view the FAQs are nested into (Settings → Customer communication → Progress Tracking)
