Card configuration
What shows on each Kanban card, and where to set it. The step-by-step lives on the companion Board management page (same settings screen).
Card configuration is the lower half of the same Settings → Kanban Boards → Card configuration screen as board management. It controls what information appears on each card on the board. Choose the Residential or Commercial tab at the top of the screen to configure the matching boards.
Every card shows the project name and project ID. The content toggle available on this screen is:
- Show customer address: available on Residential boards. Commercial boards show the card without this option.
You can also tune the stalled-deal inactivity thresholds on this screen. These thresholds control the card badges described below.
Cards surface stalled-deal inactivity badges: a yellow Hint badge and a red Warning badge. The same inactivity thresholds that raise these badges also flag overdue tasks.
Note: Internal notes and comments stay off the card.
