Checklists: qualification, consultation, site documentation
Build a checklist for each project phase out of blocks, or have AI generate a template.
Checklists in Reonic capture structured data along the whole project process. They split into three phases, and each phase appears exactly where it belongs in the system. This page is the overview. Each phase has its own page with the full walkthrough.
Who this is for
Installer admins configuring checklist templates company-wide, and account managers who fill them during a project.
The three phases
- Qualification runs on the request, for telephone or written lead qualification. See Lead (Qualification).
- Consultation runs on the offer, the consultation record your consultants complete for the on-site appointment (also usable in the Reonic Mobile App). See Offer (Consultation), which also covers the setup steps, building blocks, and AI generation shared across all three phases.
- Site documentation runs on the installation, for full documentation of the assembly process, Mobile App compatible. See Site documentation (Installation), which also covers pulling a template update onto an in-flight project.
How they work together
A single project carries up to three checklists across its lifecycle, one per phase. The templates are independent: each phase has its own, and editing one doesn't change the others. The way you author them is identical, so once you know how to author one phase, you know how to author them all.
- Open Settings > Checklists.
- Choose the phase you want to edit: Qualification, Consulting, or Site documentation.
- Build the template from blocks, mark the load-bearing elements required, and save.
Each phase has its own template. Editing one phase's template doesn't change the others. Reonic offers the same checklists for commercial projects as well, with separate templates and the same authoring experience.
