Plan a commercial (Gewerbe) project
Configure a commercial (B2B / Gewerbe) project in Reonic, from creating the project through variant design, Mieterstrom landlord-to-tenant setup, Volleinspeisung, commercial tariffs, load-profile import, and large-area / ground-mount work.
Commercial planning lives in the commercial (Gewerbe) surface for B2B work. It handles multi-variant offers, commercial tariffs, multi-tenant buildings, and PPA contracts. This guide walks you through the configuration choices that come up most often on commercial projects.
Note: Commercial is a separate product line from residential. A few flows that residential installers know, like in-app e-signature and the KfW subsidy submission, run on the residential line. Where that matters, this guide gives you the commercial path.
Before you start
- Your workspace needs the commercial product line enabled. Once it is on, the commercial surface appears in your Portal.
- Some sub-features may not appear in every workspace: optimization, Landlord-to-Tenant, PPA, electric vehicles, peak-shaving, dynamic electricity tariffs, and AI bill reading for B2B electricity bills. If one you need is missing, contact your Reonic account manager.
- For each project, have ready: annual demand in kWh, the location, roof area and orientation, the customer's commercial tariff, and any subsidy or rebate context.
Create a commercial project
Commercial projects live under Requests. There are three entry paths.
- Manual entry. Go to Requests > + New project. Set the name, location, project type, and an optional custom deal value. Reonic auto-builds the default scaffolding: one default variant, an empty Demand component, a Grid component with a default price and yearly escalation, and Solar / storage if your input hinted at them. The create form separates the customer / contact location from the physical install site. A Same as project address toggle defaults the install site to the contact address; switch it off to enter a separate project address so the simulation runs against the install site rather than the billing address. Use a separate project address whenever the site differs from the contact address, which is common for ground-mount and landlord projects.
- Public form. A lead submits contact, location, and demand hints (annual kWh, building type, solar interest) through your public request form. Reonic creates the project automatically and notifies the receiving installer.
- CSV import. Go to Import, upload your CSV, and map the columns to Reonic fields. Reonic creates one project per row. Run a small test batch first, since import quality depends on your CSV.
Pick the project type carefully when you create it. It drives which optimization runs and which components are required.
- Generic. Standard commercial PV: rooftop, ground-mount, industrial.
- Landlord-to-tenant (Mieterstrom). Mieterstrom in an apartment building.
- Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The customer buys energy under a contract on a Reonic-financed installation. Your Reonic account manager enables this for your workspace.
Note: For a new multi-tenant office or retail deal, pick Generic. For a new apartment-building deal, pick Landlord-to-tenant. Existing multi-tenant commercial projects keep working as before.
Pro tip: If your workspace has AI Agents enabled, both the public form and manual entry can trigger an Agent right after the project is created. A configured Agent then acts on the new lead automatically.
Try commercial before going live
To explore the commercial surface before quoting real customers, create a manual test project, configure variants, and preview the offer PDF. That is the standard way to learn the surface without sending anything to a real customer. If commercial planning is not available in your workspace, contact your Reonic account manager.
Pick the right product line at the start
Residential and commercial are separate product lines with their own boards, statuses, and component models. Each project lives on the line you create it in, and there is no action to move a project between them.
If a project was started on the wrong line, re-create it on the right one with the data you have already gathered. The customer contact stays linked in the CRM, so copy it across, then mark the wrong-line project as Lost or hide it through your board hygiene. This holds in both directions, so pick the right line at the start to avoid the rework.
When a project is too big for residential
Residential planning is built for the homeowner and small-business range. A few signals tell you a project belongs in commercial instead.
- System size above ~30 kWp. Residential planning performs best up to about 30 kWp. There is no hard cap that blocks creation, but for larger systems use commercial. It is built for bigger projects and uses commercial economics framing instead of the residential Annual Energy Costs view.
- Very large module counts in 2D. 2D planning suits simplified flat-roof or sketch layouts, and very large module counts slow rendering. For a large layout, switch the variant to 3D planning, or move the project to commercial if it is genuinely commercial scope.
- Rooftops too large for the satellite view. The residential planning canvas caps how far you can zoom out. For very large rooftops or industrial sites that do not fit the canvas, plan in commercial.
- Large projects that are slow to open. Big projects load a lot of geometry (roof model, modules, strings, simulation snapshots). The first open is slowest because Reonic re-runs the simulation and reloads the 3D scene; later opens are faster while the browser tab stays warm. Persistent slowness on one project is a signal it is at the edge of residential scope, so consider commercial.
Note: Inbound commercial leads arrive through the public form, manual entry, CSV import, and the lead-sources API.
Design multi-variant commercial offers
Multi-variant comparison is the defining feature of commercial planning. You quote two to four system designs (different kWp, with or without storage, with or without a monitoring tier) and the customer compares them side by side.
- Open the project and go to the Offer tab. The default variant is already there.
- Click + New variant to add another. To start from a baseline and tweak, choose Clone from existing.
- For each variant, configure the components: solar, storage, grid, grid commercial (time-of-use), demand, EV or wallbox if relevant, subsidies and rebates, and pricing.
- Review the multi-variant comparison view. It shows side-by-side KPI cards for total cost, payback, annual savings, IRR, total subsidies, and system size. The cards update live as you tweak.
The Results > Energy > Energy Profiles chart carries an Export CSV button (the download icon) that downloads the combined energy-profile series behind the chart. Use it to hand the customer the raw numbers or to pull them into your own model. For an average-year profile, the year column is left out of the export.
Variants share project-level parameters
Some inputs are set once for the whole project and apply to every variant: the location (coordinates, timezone, grid region), the customer contact and commercial details (VAT ID, billing address), and the project type. These stay constant across design alternatives.
Each variant controls its own components (solar, storage, grid, demand, EVs, wallboxes), per-line-item pricing, per-variant VAT lock, subsidy and rebate stacking, and which line items show to the customer.
Edit variants independently
Each variant edits on its own, with no "apply this change to all variants" bulk action, so you can refine a competing design without changing the others. To push a price change across three variants, open and edit each one.
Why two variants look identical
If two variants show the same numbers, they have the same components and the same pricing. Open each one and compare the component list: solar kWp, storage kWh, inverter, demand profile, tariff. The usual cause is a clone you forgot to change.
Mark variants for the customer view
- Turn on the project's customer portal visibility so the customer can open the project in their portal.
- Use the per-line-item Show to customer flag to control which line items are marked visible.
The customer portal shows contact, account-manager, files, and events. It does not render a side-by-side variant comparison for the customer. Walk the customer through the variant comparison yourself (screen-share or the handover PDF) rather than relying on the portal to show all variants.
Run a quick what-if without re-editing components
For a fast "what if" pass during a customer conversation, override a variant's simulation inputs for a single run without changing the saved components underneath.
- Open the variant's planning / 3D-simulation view.
- Open the simulation override controls (the popover on the left of the detailed 3D planning view).
- Adjust the simulation inputs for that run, such as solar parameters. The underlying components stay as they were.
- The simulation re-runs with your override and the KPI cards reflect the tweaked numbers.
Use this for sensitivity passes in front of a customer, then close it; the override applies to that run only.
Configure Volleinspeisung (full feed-in)
Volleinspeisung means the entire PV output is sold to the grid with no self-consumption, so the customer earns the feed-in tariff on 100% of production.
On a commercial project:
- Open the variant.
- Go to Grid.
- Set the feed-in mode to FIT (feed-in tariff).
- Set the feed-in price, for example the EEG tariff for Germany or the country-specific tariff elsewhere.
- If the feed-in tariff varies by time band (Italy F1/F2/F3, covered below), set the Grid Commercial time-of-use profile too.
- Set self-consumption demand close to zero, or use a minimal demand profile if the customer has a separate consumption meter.
Reonic supports Volleinspeisung on both product lines. On residential, configure it on the request: set the feed-in mode to FIT and model near-zero self-consumption. The optimizer then routes 100% of solar production to the grid. The path differs (residential uses the request's planning view, commercial uses the variant editor), but the behavior is the same.
Set commercial tariffs and load profiles
Commercial demand profiles
Commercial demand uses the G0 load profile by default, versus H0 for residential. Configure it on the Demand component:
- Annual demand in kWh.
- Load profile: G0 (the commercial default), the G1–G6 / H0 / L0–L2 standard profiles, or a custom profile. Landlord-to-tenant is a project type, not a load profile; tenant consumption is modeled on the separate Tenant-demand component.
- Per-tariff overrides if the customer has a time-of-use contract.
Upload Lastgang (load-profile) data
If the customer has measured Lastgang data from their utility (usually a CSV of 15-minute or hourly consumption over a year), you can use it as the demand profile instead of the generic G0.
- Ask the customer for their Lastgang export from their utility portal or grid operator.
- Convert it to the format Reonic accepts. Check with Reonic support for the current CSV format.
- Upload it through the Demand component's profile selector, or attach it to the project and apply it in the load-profile editor.
Note: If the Lastgang upload control is not visible in your workspace, contact Reonic support. In the meantime, you can average the Lastgang into monthly demand totals and enter those manually.
AI bill reading for B2B electricity bills
When AI bill reading is enabled, upload the customer's B2B electricity bill (at create-time or later in the Demand component) and let Reonic extract the tariff. It separates flat-rate, time-of-use, and spot-price structures. This runs only on accounts where your Reonic account manager has enabled the feature; if it is off, auto-detection does not run even when the upload control is visible.
Time-of-use tariffs
For commercial customers on a time-of-use contract, configure Grid Commercial alongside the standard Grid component. The optimizer uses both: the standard Grid for the baseline and the Commercial Grid for time-band optimization.
You define your own price windows on the Grid Commercial Pricing tab. Each window is a start time, an end time, an energy price, and (optionally) a feed-in tariff, and you add as many windows as the customer's tariff needs. These are not fixed morning / afternoon / evening / night buckets. Where two windows overlap, the earlier-listed one wins, and any time not covered by a window falls into an "Other" bucket. The same windows drive the optimizer, the financials, and the Time-of-Use Consumption results chart.
On the Results > Energy > Time-of-Use Consumption chart, the bars are grouped by exactly the windows you priced and colour-coded by price (most expensive red through cheapest green), so the consumption chart lines up with the tariff you set.
Italy F1/F2/F3 industrial tariffs
Italy is the one non-DE market with native country-specific tariff modeling in commercial planning, using three time-of-use bands (F1 / F2 / F3). Apply it when the customer's commercial or industrial supply uses a multi-band tariff.
- Trioraria gives F1, F2, and F3 each a distinct price.
- Bioraria keeps F1 distinct and combines F2/F3 as "ore vuote" (off-peak).
- Monoraria uses a single uniform price; use it when there is no time-of-use split.
- Identify the tariff structure from a recent electricity bill: three distinct prices means trioraria, F1 plus a combined off-peak means bioraria, one price means monoraria. With AI bill reading enabled, Reonic auto-detects Italian clients and pre-fills the F1/F2/F3 split.
- Configure Grid Commercial. Set the work price (Arbeitspreis), the F1/F2/F3 band prices, the tariff structure (trioraria / bioraria / monoraria), the load / base / grid-base prices, surcharges, and VAT (typically 22% in Italy).
- Set the demand split on the Demand component: the percentage of annual consumption in each band. Industrial customers run roughly 40% F1 / 30% F2 / 30% F3; verify against the bill.
- Add the three grid-fee tiers keyed to annual usage hours: under 2500 hours, over 2500 hours, and intensive usage (over 7000 hours). The simulator applies the right tier from the customer's usage profile.
- Optimize and compare. The KPI cards break savings out per band. Solar plus storage usually saves most on F1 (peak) because generation overlaps daytime peak hours. Make that explicit in the customer conversation.
Note: The offer PDF shows the F1/F2/F3 time-of-use prices as a single rolled-up figure on the financials page. Your Grid Commercial configuration is unchanged; only the PDF presentation rolls them up.
Brazil net metering (Fio B / SCEE)
For a Brazilian commercial project, set the feed-in mode on the Grid component to net metering. The simulation models Brazil's SCEE scheme (Sistema de Compensação de Energia Elétrica): surplus generation banks as monthly energy credits the customer draws down later, rather than being paid out at a flat feed-in tariff. The Fio B wire-usage charge is applied to the energy you feed back in. It is a non-creditable distribution-grid cost, accounted for separately from the credit-banking benefit, so the yield and financials reflect it. Set net metering on the grid and the Fio B charge is threaded through automatically; there is no separate Fio B input to enter by hand.
Configure commercial resale prices (Wiederverkauf)
Resale prices (Wiederverkauf-Preise) for commercial projects are set per variant, per component.
- Open the variant.
- For each component (solar panels, inverters, storage, wallbox), set the sale price in the component editor.
- Margin is read-only at the variant level. Reonic tracks and displays the margin per variant from the sale prices versus cost, but there is no editable variant-margin field. To move the margin, adjust the per-component sale prices.
- To make the margin reflect what you actually paid on this project, set the component's purchase price for this project on the line item. The variant's margin then uses this project's real procurement cost instead of your catalog default. Use it when what you paid on this project differs from the catalog cost.
- Set any per-line-item VAT lock (for example 0% solar in Austria) on the line item.
For projects where the customer takes ownership of the hardware at full installer margin, set the per-component sale prices to the resale price plus your margin and leave the variant in Generic project type. Full resale is the default, so there is no separate toggle.
Pro tip: Workspace-wide default resale prices live in your components catalog. A price set there becomes the default for new variants, and per-variant overrides apply on top.
Subsidies and Förderungen in commercial simulation
Reonic models commercial subsidies as a fixed amount, a percentage of equipment cost, or a tax deduction, with year-specific values and annual caps. Configure them at the variant level.
- Open the variant and go to the Subsidies section.
- Link the applicable subsidies, plus any rebates for hardware bulk discounts.
- The optimizer factors subsidies into payback and ROI.
Reonic models the financial impact of a subsidy: cost offset, IRR improvement, and payback acceleration. On commercial projects you prepare and submit the subsidy paperwork yourself, then enter the expected euro offset back into the variant. (The automated KfW / federal subsidy submission flow runs on the residential line.)
Configure a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
A PPA lets the customer buy energy at a fixed price from a Reonic-financed installation, with multi-year tiered pricing. The customer pays per kWh while Reonic or a financing partner owns the system. The project type must be Power Purchase Agreement, set at creation.
If you do not see the Power purchase agreement project goal when starting a project, contact your Reonic account manager.
- Create the project with type Power Purchase Agreement. The default scaffolding builds with a PPA-specific layout.
- Add the PPA component in the variant editor. Its editable fields are a name, the year range (From year / To year), a target percent and target price per Wh, and operator fees (per-grid-Wh and monthly fixed costs), plus the price tiers in the next step. There are no dedicated term-length, minimum-kWh-commitment, or end-of-term-ownership fields: the term is expressed through the year range, the price tiers are percent-of-demand bands (below), and the contractual ownership and commitment terms live in the contract document rather than as component inputs.
- Set the price tiers, one row per target-percent band (From target % / To target % — the share of demand the PPA covers), each with a price per Wh.
- Optimize. The KPI cards show the customer's effective cost per kWh, total customer payments over the term, the financing party's ROI, and payback. Quote a standard solar-purchase variant alongside it so the customer can compare PPA against ownership.
- Generate the proposal PDF. It includes a PPA pricing schedule showing all tiers, visible to the customer in their portal before signing.
A PPA is not a lease: the customer pays per kWh used and does not own the system mid-term. Reonic handles the contract, system, and simulation, while the financing entity is typically a partner. As elsewhere on commercial projects, the customer signs the contract in person.
Mieterstrom (landlord-to-tenant residential)
Mieterstrom is the Landlord-to-tenant project type: apartment buildings where a landlord installs PV and a battery and supplies tenants under separate contracts.
- Create the project with project type = Landlord-to-tenant. Your Reonic account manager enables this feature.
- Configure tenant-side demand on the Tenant-demand component, one row per tenant or per tenant class. For each, set annual demand, load profile (H0 for apartments), tenant tariff, and the participation rate (the percentage expected to opt in). If your workspace has tenant-profile presets configured, template common tenant types from them.
- Configure landlord-side demand in the standard Demand component (common areas, elevators).
- Set the landlord tariff in the Grid component.
- Run the optimization. The optimizer sizes solar plus storage to maximize landlord ROI conditional on tenant uptake. Participation rate is a critical assumption, not a contract, so communicate it explicitly to the customer.
Where the landlord's economics are set
There is no single "landlord annual cost" field. The landlord's economics are entered as prices, and the landlord's yearly cost is a computed output rather than a direct field. On the Tenant demand component editor you set:
- Netzbezugspreis (grid electricity purchase price): what the landlord pays per kWh drawn from the public grid.
- Grid electricity resell price and PV electricity price: what tenants pay.
- Under Kosten für den Mieter, a Monatliche Gebühr pro Mieter: the monthly fee the landlord charges each tenant to recover admin and operating costs, such as smart-meter software.
The landlord's average annual cost then appears as a read-only KPI in the Wichtigste Ergebnisse für den Vermieter block on the offer's Results > Financials view. Because it is a simulation output, adjust it by changing the price inputs above rather than editing a cost figure directly.
Pick the surplus-energy remuneration mode
On the Tenant demand component editor you set how the landlord's surplus energy is remunerated, and you pick one mode: a feed-in tariff (Einspeisevergütung) or a market premium (Marktprämie). The editor saves the field for the mode you chose and clears the other. Choose the mode that matches the landlord's grid contract before you optimize.
Model an existing PV system in a Mieterstrom project
If the building already has PV and you are planning a Mieterstrom expansion or retrofit:
- Repowering or extension. Enter the existing system's specs in the Solar component (kWp, panels, inverter), then add the new components. The simulation treats the combined array as the system, and the variant comparison shows the incremental benefit.
- Existing PV with its own contract. Enter the combined specs and account for the existing investment as a separate line item or context note. If the existing system has its own feed-in contract, such as an older EEG tariff, document it off-system, since Reonic models a single feed-in regime per Grid component.
Note: Mieterstrom German regulation (grid-operator notification, tenant contracts, billing splits) is handled outside Reonic. Reonic models the economics; you handle the paperwork. The portal serves the landlord, so tenant communication is your responsibility.
Large ground-mount (Freiflächenanlagen) and HighPower commercial PV
Large open-field commercial PV (Freiflächenanlagen, solar parks, agricultural arrays, brownfield sites) uses the commercial surface as the entry point. Treat this as a checklist of what to configure in Reonic versus what you plan on paper.
What to configure for ground-mount
- Generic project type is correct. Landlord-to-tenant and PPA are for buildings and tenants, not open fields.
- Solar component carries panel, inverter, optimizer, kWp, orientation, and slope (a single tilt value, typically the mounting-rack tilt).
- Grid component. Set this carefully, since grid-connection cost often dominates ground-mount economics.
- Grid Commercial for industrial feed-in tariffs that vary by time band.
- Variants are especially valuable here. Quote two to four sizing options at different kWp, with or without storage, with or without a monitoring tier.
- PPA project type if the customer is buying energy rather than financing the system.
What you plan on paper for ground-mount
- Mounting system. There is no separate ground-mount mounting-system catalog, row-spacing (Reihenabstand) calculator, or inter-row shading model; enter these as line items and a shading factor.
- Agri-PV. Dual-use farmland projects with crop-friendly mounting heights are modeled through the standard components rather than a distinct surface.
- Earthworks and civil engineering. Foundations, fencing, access roads, and transformer cost are bespoke line items per project.
- Site survey and terrain. The residential Plan3D rooftop surface does not have a ground-level equivalent; capture terrain and layout outside Reonic.
- Grid-connection pre-checks. Regulatory pre-checks for grid connections over 100 kWp are handled with your grid operator outside Reonic.
- Financing. The residential financing partners are residential-only; arrange commercial finance directly.
Plan a ground-mount site today
- Treat the field as one solar component with manually entered kWp, slope, and orientation.
- Subtract a generic shading factor on the solar component, typically 3–8% for moderate row spacing.
- Add line items for the mounting structure, site prep, fencing, transformer, and monitoring.
- Build two to three variants at different sizing, for example 250 / 500 / 750 kWp.
- Sync to your CRM on create for sales-funnel tracking.
- Hand the offer over and collect the in-person signature once the customer picks a variant.
Trading-Speicher (storage trading) on commercial projects
A Trading-Speicher is a battery sized to arbitrage day-ahead market prices, optionally backstopped by self-consumption. These asks usually come from larger industrial or commercial accounts on dynamic or aggregator contracts.
What commercial planning supports today:
- Storage sizing for peak-shaving and dynamic-tariff scenarios. The optimizer routes charge and discharge against the configured tariff structure.
- Time-of-use commercial tariffs through Grid Commercial.
- Dynamic electricity tariff modeling, when your Reonic account manager has enabled it, so the optimizer charges in cheap hours and discharges at peak.
- Battery arbitrage against day-ahead and dynamic-tariff price spreads, when your Reonic account manager has enabled it. The optimizer charges in cheap hours and discharges into expensive ones, and the simulation prices the resulting dispatch into the variant's economics. Configure it on the storage component's rules screen.
What is planned outside Reonic today:
- Third-party aggregator / balancing-market dispatch. Reonic prices in-house day-ahead and dynamic-tariff spreads, but it does not model your battery participating in day-ahead or balancing markets through a third-party aggregator, and it carries no aggregator-revenue line item or balancing-market price profile.
- Aggregator revenue as a separate ROI input. The variant economics show self-consumption savings, peak-shaving savings, arbitrage dispatch, and feed-in revenue; add an expected third-party-aggregator revenue figure as external context.
The practical path today: model the storage's self-consumption, peak-shaving, and (where your account manager has enabled it) price-spread arbitrage economics in Reonic, then add an external estimate of any third-party aggregator or market-trading revenue as context for the customer, either alongside the offer or as a line-item note. If aggregator-revenue modeling matters for your commercial sales motion, mention it to your Reonic account manager.
Photogrammetry for large or commercial roofs
Reonic's photogrammetry service generates a 3D roof model from drone imagery for use in the residential planner. For large or commercial roofs the workflow matches residential, with a few adjustments:
- Flight pattern. Plan a grid pattern with generous forward and side overlap so the reconstruction has enough redundancy on a large roof. Follow your drone software's recommendations.
- Altitude. Fly low enough to capture roof detail while keeping the whole object in frame. Lower altitudes capture more detail but need more passes.
- Lighting. Even cloud cover beats harsh midday sun, since shadows confuse the reconstruction.
- Processing. Larger jobs take longer to process than residential ones.
The photogrammetry import runs through the residential planner. For a commercial roof, run the photogrammetry job against a residential test project to capture roof measurements and the orthophoto, then transcribe the inputs (roof area, orientation, slope) into your commercial variant.
Finalize the offer PDF
A few behaviors are worth knowing when you generate and hand over the commercial offer PDF.
Note: The offer PDF renders in the customer's language, not yours. The document title, subtitle, and shared pages (signature-with-contacts, terms and conditions, cancellation policy, cancellation form) resolve from the client's configured currency-locale, falling back to your own locale if the client has none set. If you build the variants in German but the client's locale is Italian, the offer comes out in Italian. Check the client's locale before generating the handover PDF.
- Template and offer type. The commercial offer PDF uses one of your saved PDF templates and carries an offer type, Cost estimate, Product suggestion, Offer, or Offerte, instead of a fixed "Offer" heading. The cover page can show or hide your company name and VAT number.
- Offer expiry (Gültigkeitsdauer). Each commercial offer carries an expiry date, defaulting to 14 days at the workspace level. Set or override it per offer before you generate the handover PDF.
- Component-issues banner at finalize. A dismissible warning appears in the PDF preview when a line item references an outdated, archived, or deleted component, so you catch a stale component before sending the offer.
- Signing. On commercial projects the customer signs in person. Generate the PDF, the customer picks a variant, and you collect the signed copy (scan upload). The customer portal shows the offer and files for review.
Things to know
- Commercial and residential are structurally separate. Different boards, status flows, and component models. No project moves between them.
- CRM sync fires on create. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Weclapp receive the project when it is created. Later edits to deal value, variants, or status do not propagate, so update CRM records by hand to keep pipelines accurate. SevDesk and LexOffice are sent with the Send to… button on the offer-detail view.
- Lead sources are set per domain. The Lead sources settings page has separate residential and commercial tabs, and each commercial project carries its own lead source, picked on the General tab. You can filter commercial offer and installation lists by lead source.
- The project address can differ from the contact address. The create flow separates the contact location from the install site, defaulting them to the same. Switch the Same as project address toggle off to set a distinct project address. The yield simulation uses the project-address coordinates, so for a customer headquartered in one city but installing elsewhere, set the separate address so the simulation runs against the right location.
- The customer signs in person on commercial projects (PDF plus scan upload); the customer portal shows the offer and files for review.
- The offer PDF follows the customer's locale, not your UI language. Set the client's currency-locale correctly before handover.
- The portal serves the landlord in Mieterstrom. Tenant communication is your responsibility outside Reonic.
- One location per project. For multi-site customers, group related projects with a shared internal project ID.
- No bulk variant edit. Changes apply variant by variant.
- Italy is the one non-DE country-specific tariff model. Other markets use the generic load profiles, and the F1/F2/F3 prices are rolled up (not per-band) on the offer PDF.
- Plan grid registration, automated subsidy submission, and the formal handover outside Reonic on commercial projects. Those workflows run on the residential line.
- Mobile App. Mobile work on a commercial project is read-only through the shared installation and calendar screens. You cannot create a commercial (Gewerbe) project in the Mobile App; its New project screen offers residential Request / Offer / Installation only. Create commercial projects in the Portal (manual entry, the public commercial request form, or CSV import).
