This guide shows you how to view, organize, and work with offers in Reonic. You'll learn how to open offers, use the Kanban board, and understand the offer workflow from consultation to signature.

Accessing Your Offers

The offers Kanban board shows all your active offers in the residential section. Each offer card displays key information including tags, location, assignment, status, and deal value.

Opening an Offer

To open an offer, you have two options:

  1. Click the three dots on the offer card and select Edit
  2. Click directly on the offer name

Tip: Hover over an offer card to see a quick preview with last edited date, location, assignment, status, and deal value.

Filtering and Organizing Offers

Use tags to organize and filter your offers:

  1. Click the Tags filter at the top of the Kanban board
  2. Select a tag (like 'PV') to show only offers in that category
  3. This is especially helpful when your board has many offers

Understanding the Offer Workflow

Offers follow a left-to-right workflow with these stages:

  1. Consulting – Initial customer consultation
  2. Planning – Select components and plan the system (PV, heat pump, etc.)
  3. Parts List – Review required components
  4. Simulation – View energy flows and profitability data
  5. Finalize – Preview the offer and request customer signature
  6. Installation – Convert to installation project (covered in separate guide)

Work through each stage from left to right to complete your offer.

Managing Offer Status

You can update an offer's status without leaving the offer view:

  1. Click the Status dropdown at the top of the offer
  2. Select the new status from the list
  3. You can also move offers back to requests or forward to installation if needed

Assigning Offers to Team Members

The assignment feature controls who works on the offer and who appears on customer documents:

  • Key Account User – This person appears on the cover of the customer presentation
  • User – Team members who support the planning process
  • Team – Groups of key account users and supporting users

Important: User permissions can be set so team members only see offers assigned to them.

Using Offer Tools

Each offer includes several tools accessible from the top menu:

  • Calendar – Schedule appointments with customers (connects to Microsoft or Google Calendar)
  • Images – Store and request photos from customers
  • Mails – View all email communication with the customer (requires inbox connection)
  • Tasks – Create and assign tasks to yourself or team members
  • Files – Upload documents like electricity bills or contracts
  • Notes – Chat with team members about the offer
  • Activity – View the complete history of changes and actions

Additional Actions

Click the three-dot menu for more options:

  • Mark deals as won or lost
  • Archive completed offers
  • Access additional operations
